- We partner with hundreds of snack brands so there will always be something new in your box along with a rotating variety of snack favorites.
When can I expect my first shipment?
- Your first Secret Snacks box will arrive within 5 – 7 business days. After that, each subsequent box will be sent either on the 1st or 15th of the month depending on your initial subscription date.
What areas do you ship to?
- Secret Snacks currently ships to the Continental United States.
Can I change my delivery address during my subscription?
- Absolutely! Just send us an message using our Contact Us form with your information and new delivery address and we’ll take care of the rest.
How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery is always free within the Continental United States.
What is your return policy?
- All food items are final sale and cannot be returned. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Secret Snacks box, if for some reason there is a problem, please fill out the Contact Us form and we will do our best to find a solution.
Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Although any pending orders will still be processed.
